Rico Hub Privacy Policy

Rico Hub is an internal business operations and analytics system used by Golden Rich. This policy covers its Google (Gmail) integration, which is used by the T&T Customer Intelligence module. See About Rico Hub.

Information accessed

With the authorization of the Google account owner, Rico Hub may access:

• Gmail message metadata;
• message content relevant to T&T purchase orders;
• PDF attachments associated with those purchase orders.

The integration requests read-only Gmail access.

How the information is used

The information is used to:

• identify and process T&T purchase orders;
• maintain purchase-order history;
• reconcile purchase-order revisions and cancellations;
• monitor data coverage and completeness;
• produce customer and account analytics inside Rico Hub.

What the Gmail integration does not do

The Gmail integration does not:

• send email;
• modify email;
• delete email;
• archive email;
• change labels;
• mark messages as read or unread.

Gmail data is not sold and is not used for advertising.

Storage and security

• Authorization credentials are stored outside the application’s source code repository.
• Access is limited to the authorized Rico environment and its authorized users.
• Source records and the data derived from them are retained as necessary for business and audit purposes.
• Credentials are not exposed on this public site.

Sharing

Gmail-derived data is not sold and is not shared with advertisers. Rico Hub runs on infrastructure from service providers, such as cloud hosting and database providers, which process data on our behalf only to operate the system.

Your choices

The Google account owner can revoke Rico Hub’s access at any time from their Google Account permissions page: myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Rico Hub’s use of information received from Google APIs is limited to providing the functionality described on this page, and is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new “Last updated” date.
